This vintage leather bound novel is undated but is probably 1900-1930s.
It is illustrated throughout with black and white plates.
It is in fairly good condition:
- the cover has some wear and rubbing along the edges, and a small missing part at the top of the spine
- inside there is some foxing on the edges of the pages and on the plates
- p 21 has a large diagonal crease
- there are some small dog-ears
- there are a few small smudges
- it has a perfumed smell (like talcum powder)
