W. HILLYER RAGSDALE CANDY KNIFE. 10" blade, 15.25" overall, 1.75" wide blade (at widest point). Ragsdale sold confectioners tools and supplies from 1908 until the early 1930s. Vintage condition: no dings to blade or handle, super solid, minor staining to blade, minor scratches. Three BIG brass rivets, full tang, hardwood (walnut?) handles. Thick blade is super rigid with trailing point shape, made to cut bar candies and sweets cleanly, but sharp and solid enough for anything. Etched on blade: "W. Hillyer Ragsdale, 'The Candy Specialist' East Orange, N.J." Please use pictures for detail and condition.
