Offered for purchase is a single Greenwood iron window sash pulley.  Total length is 4 3/8" and basic width is 1".  The pulley part rolls fine.  You will find some paint residue on the back and on the roller.

Your state may now require collection of sales tax.  Ebay reimburses your state with that tax money.
