I've done the best I can to describe the condition of this item please look at the pictures the frame has ware on it and age. The map is colored. I have a second one of these maps and was able to judge the company who created it from the first frame. It is also for sale on eBay.

This item sold for about $300 from the above listed company. From what I could gather there  no longer in business. Also it should be said because it's enclosed in class and the way it's framed that it's preserved correctly.

I added a photo from my other auction of the identical type of item excluding the city so you can understand what the value was. Most likely that was being sold at a public auction. And does not indicate the true value of the item.
