Vintage 16” Tall Brass & Cast Iron Architectural Ball Type Finial

I’m assuming this came off a fireplace wood holder.

I only have this one and I have not located the original cast iron holder piece it probably originally came on.

There is a threaded rod in the center with a square nut at the bottom.
