This memorable Historic House Parts Auction is addressing the

world of architectual restoration in a Window Treatment.

These are designed with a swirl of leaves atop the drapery bar,

 and wreath of the same on the finial .

An amazing completion to these curtain holders

are that they come with 6 original moveable 

hanging 'rings' and has one stationary one

on the bar.

The best part is the wall piece into which the rotating bar rests 

as it holds up the entire bar and the curtain as well.

Often they were left behind in a move!

There is some oxidation on the metal, and this could be a look that

appeals when displayed.

We do not know the maker, but have found them on restoration sites

where they are not named, either.

The photos will show they can be as narrow as 15 inches wide

or extended an additional 9 or so inches for fuller coverage on a window.

Overall measure from Hinge to Finial is about 18".

3 and 1/8th inches from the top of the leaf flair to the bottom of the bar.
