1945-46 Caramelo Deportivo #83 Hector Rodriguez Cuban Baseball Card. Played for the New York Cubans in the American Negro Leagues, and also for the Chicago White Sox in 1952. Originally acquired by the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1951 from a team in Mexico.

Other greats in this Caramelo Deportivo set from Cuba include Negro League players such Minoso, Dihigo, Tiant, Brown and Dandridge. This auction is only for the #83 card shown in the photos.

As with all Caramelo Deportivo cards, this card is printed on very thin paper stock and was removed from its original paper album.
