This sweet little dress has no tag so I believe it is hand made.  The fabric feels like a soft cotton, and I washed it in warm water just fine. It features hand smocking with pink thread at the top on a tiny pink rose bud print  on green background.  Puff sleeves, snaps on the back.  No stains or tears.

Shoulder to hem 22"

Shoulder to shoulder approximately 10"

Neck opening 6"

I estimate the size to be 2T to 3T
