Inside of dish in great shape, super clean, no marks to report.  Outer coating has nice original shine and a few minor pinhole dings.  

There is something on the coating if you look closely, could not capture on camera.  Perhaps a residue of some sort, but it's not sticky.  It didn't come off with soap and water and I didn't want to use anything more harsh.  Probably needs your best potion and will shine like new.  Lid in great shape with no chips or cracks.  May have light storage / use marks.  Item displays great and fully functional!
