Does come with a bag but it's extremely tatty as it's been sat at the bottom of my wardrobe for a long while - I'll include it anyway to package.

This is a top, I was never exactly sure how it was supposed to fit. The top part is loose fitting and the tie waist helps to support the top (like tucking a t shirt in your jeans and pulling out slightly) then the rest of the top hangs down, like a tunic top.
