Excellent condition throughout, no big dings or marks to the body and very clean inside as you will see from the pictures of the Oven, Fridge etc.

We are a very busy family and because the caravan is a few miles away for security (in a Cassoa 5 star Gold facility) we just don't have time to use it.  We've just managed two short breaks in the last year!

This is a 5 berth caravan with the bunk pictured setup at the back.  This quickly folds completely away so that either 1) a rear lounge can be setup or 2) a really comfy double bed.  The front lounge becomes a king sized bed if required.

We bought this van specifically because we hate making up beds!  With this layout you can have a permanent comfortable lounge at the front and a permanently make up comfy double bed at the rear.

Everything on the van works perfectly and as you can hopefully see from the pictures the condition of all the appliances is very clean.

The van is standard, as new, apart from two upgrades.  One is the addition of a chopping board that flips up to the side of the cooker to provide a bit more space while cooking.  The other is the addition of a double socket with USB (including the newer USB-C) charging - this is pictured.  We felt that these were the only things lacking from Adria so we added them!

This is not a listing for haggling or part-exchanging.  The van is priced way below what we paid for it and is exactly as we purchased it last year.

The caravan is amazing for an 8 year old caravan - probably because it has lived through Covid-times and was dry-stored, hardly used from new and we've used it even less it seems!

I'm really, really fussy with my vehicles and so before buying this caravan I bought my own damp meter and I tested it throughout, and I wouldn't have bought it if there was the slightest sign of damp which there wasn't of course.  Since owning and when parked up I have always had dehumidifiers in the caravan to absorb the moisture from the air and so this caravan has never been damp and never will be (at least not in my possession!).

I've also walked right around the van and looked for marks and there are only two things worth mentioning:

1) One of the decals on the front offside has folded over a little bit (due to hot summer heat by the look of it)

2) A scuff on the nearside corner plastic trim.  I need to emphasise that this is only the plastic trim itself and not the body that has scuff marks on.  It hasn't bent the plastic even and so the metal underneath is perfect.

I mention these minor imperfections because I mention absolutely everything so that you know what you are buying before you set off.  I don't have any time to waste and don't expect my buyers to either!

Many thanks for looking at the listing and reading all this(!).  For someone, this really will be worth it as they will get an absolute steal here as a dealer would put another £2,000 on top (at least) to cover their costs.

I've no doubt that I'm extremely fussy as I've been told it many times! 

I can be 100% certain that this is the best van that can be bought for this money, so good luck to any and all genuine bidders!
