In decent condition mostly, but listing spares/repair as there are a couple of issues that need attention:

. Study pics, a couple of stress lines shown, with small splits starting, where bumper has been removed without proper care.

. One split where one of the number plate lights go

. One fixing holder  for mud guard/wheel arch cover damaged

. No towing eye cover

If these are repaired, a perfectly usable bumper, paintwork is in good condition also, could do with a polish in areas.
