Probably Victorian Iron Mock Tudor/Gothic Chandelier for complete restoration. Wired decades ago for electric light but would need to be completely redone if that was required. Would be easier to revert it to its original candle use. Rust is only surface. Should be fairly easy to remove and treat the rust and reblacken or paint. One of the attached light sconces has snapped in storage and will need welding or brazing. A nice, substantial piece worthy of restoration.
