This is a new, HO scale model train flat car made by Mantua. It is a replica of a US Navy military flat car with brown sides, and is a vintage item. Taken out gor the first time for pictures. The car is pre-built and ready to use, and is made of plastic and steel materials. It is graded as C-9 Factory New-Brand New, and was manufactured in the United States.
