1.Your order will be shipped by UPS/USPS/FedEx.
2. If the weight of your order exceeds 150 lbs., we'll ship your order in a pallet by TRUCK as it can't be shipped by express. So we'll need your correct phone number and address in order to schedule the service.
Addresses can't be changed once the product has been shipped.
The delivery service does not include a lift-gate, residential service, installation, or delivery inside your house.
