Batman City of Madness Complete #1 #2 #3 DC Black Label Christian Ward

#1 and #2 are clearly NM+ but Issue #3 does have a small color-breaking spine tick only visible from the back - see zoomed-in image.  The color-break is much less than 1/16" but a subtle non-colorbreaking crease extends from it for at least 1/2".  Without other blemishes I can see, I don't think that would drop it lower than a 9.2 but I'm not a professional grader.
