These pull on jeans have 2 real pockets in the back but the front are for looks.

Also, use these measurements:

Rise: 14.5" from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband

Waist (measured with jeans laying flat and not pulling at all): 21" which equals a 42 waist

Length: 30.5"
