Once an auction ends, you will receive an email confirmation from us. All the details regarding your purchase and the payments methods will be clearly stated there. PayPal no longer requires new buyers to sign up for PayPal accounts before making payments. Please Note: We do not accept any other payment method else of PayPal.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE& COMBINING

We offer a combing period of 7 days in order to save your shipping cost. Save money by bidding on multiple items and combining into single shipment. Please note if you purchase more than one item then you will have to pay additional US $2.00 per item.  Items won are generally being shipped within 24 hours, once the payment is being confirmed. Below are the shipping methods that we use.

1. DHL: All Shipments are being made through for a flat rate of US$30 per parcel, regardless to quantity and weight. The DHL rate for the other countries is different. Click Hereto see a list of the country-wise shipping charges.

The approximate delivery time for DHL shipments are 3 - 4 days and free insurance covers up to $200.

Note: Please provide physical address and telephone number while making payment if shipping required is DHL.

2. Registered Mail: We charge US$8 per shipment per parcel to through registered mail.

Note: We do not recommend you to use registered mail as parcel through registered mail is not insured and not track able.

3. Ems: We charge US$25 per shipment per parcel through EMS.

All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the bidder.

RETURN

We offer a 10 days of risk free return policy. All the refunds will only be processed after 10 -15 days once the items are being received and checked by us.

Please note that, we will only accept the return of the whole lot as it was purchased. No partial return will be accepted. The refund or the replacement will only be sent if the item is not as described. We will not as well accept any return through FedEx.All items should be returned through registered mail.
