How To Make A Tea


Boil water: Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil in a kettle or pot.


Measure tea: Measure out approximately 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaf Green tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Adjust the amount of tea based on your desired strength.


Prepare the tea pot: Add the tea leaves to a tea infuser or strainer and place it in a teapot. If you don't have a teapot, you can use a mug or glass.


Pour water: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, making sure they are fully covered.


Steep the tea: Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. 


Strain the tea: Remove the tea infuser or strainer and discard the used tea leaves.


Serve and enjoy: Pour the tea into a cup and Add honey or Suger , if desired.
