Includes power cable, 6ft USB cable, 6.35 flexible adapter, and remote control. Serial numbers registered for 1 year warranty from listing date with Aoshida-US (probably the largest tier 1 for SMSL). This also outputs as a 5.2 volt DAC and the remote easily switches between headphone out and line out (for things like bookshelf powered speakers). These also run very cool if temperatures are a concern, the ES9039 chip is much more efficient than older models.
