Thoroughly tested - needs work. From a smoke & pet free home - no odors. Battery is old and will most likely need to be replaced - would not trust it to hold a charge. Lens glass looks excellent. Got an error message saying " Reinsert the cassette. I did that but then got this error message" C:31 30" According to Sony: "Sony Error Code: C:31:30 and C:32:30 This might be due to a bad capstan motor or something in the tape path interfering with the capstan motor s ability to run properly. It can also be an electronic problem with the system servo circuit." Again, will need work or repair. Will be packaged with extreme care.
