Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF3  12.1MP Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera  for Black & White photograpy Converted to  Infrared 850nm with 8GB SD Card ,   Battery and USB  Charger.

Shutter count only 7076 actuations.

IR Cut filter on a sensor is replaced with 850nm IR pass filter. It means that you don't need any filter on a lens to get infrared images and camera will work with standard exposure times as normal camera.

It will work with any MFT lens however some may produce hotspots.  I tried with Panasonic 14-42mm, 14-45mm, Olympus 30mm, Olympus 14-150mm and there were no hotspots, but Laowa 7.5mm and Lumix 14mm had some  hotspots.

Camera itself is very small and will not leave almost any footprint in your camera bag :)

As you will be creating Black and White images there is no aditional steps for creating Camera Lens Profiles as with other wavelength filters- just convert image to Monochrom in Photoshop or Lightroom and tweek to desired results.

It is creative process but very pleasing.

Take images in a bright sunshine with the sun behind you  to get best results.
