This is a Small Size Egg with a Purple color Baby Owl hatching from the egg with inset glass eyes. This fun piece was entirely handmade in Tonala by Prudencio Guzman, in the Barro Betus Pottery, Ceramica Fantastica Style. Prudencio does highly imaginative figures and I just received a large shipment of his work. This would make a great gift for the Owl Lover or a great addition to your Mexican Folk Art Collection...
