  • Small lots of used stamps. Mint lots are not returnable due to theft and fraud. Replacement of inferior items. Do not attempt it.
  • Items must be returned promptly and with a reasonable explanation.Cherry Picking ...perfectionists and the "Not as Described" and "examine and return" bidders go away...none of the previously mentioned are an acceptable option for any return attempt..We do not manage an approval business.
  • Return postage is at buyer’s expense and will need proof of shipping. You might want to think about the expense.I will dispute any attempted fraud.

NOT RETURNABLE:

  • Faulty, reference and Filler lots that are described as such. 
  • Large lots are never returnable due to theft and fraud.Replacement of items.Missing a key item. You know who you are.
  • Any lot described "As Is". It is exactly that. DO NOT BID if you do not accept the risk of "as is "Bidding.
