This is a beautiful, 800 silver and enamel wallet, coin purse and dance purse combination.  The purse was most likely made in Austria.  I have had several similar coin purses like this one with beautiful enameled fronts that were hallmarked Austria.  This one shows no marks. The enamel is a very deep cobalt blue color.  Under the flash it appear bright blue, and you can see the engine turning but it is actually a very deep, rich, blue color in normal lighting.  Please see all of the photos for the color differences.  There is a silver filigree section top and bottom on the enameled oval front just inside the border, and there is a cartouche of silver chased work and a repousee basket of flowers in the center of the oval.  This silver work can be polished to a bright shine if desired. The silk interior is fitted with an accordian style silk wallet with multiple sections and an interior clasp on one section which works to secure any coins.  The inside of the lid or flap front is fitted with an oval mirror.  There is a long leather wrist strap at the top of the purse.  The back is finished in matching leather.
