Paul Reed Smith PRS CE24 Frost Green Metallic 2017 Pattern Thin Neck

About
PaulReedSmith(PRS)CE24FrostGreenMetallic2017(PatternThinNeck)

Paul Reed Smith's classic model CE24 made a long-awaited comeback in 2016. It is one of the signature models that embodies PRS's return to its origins in the early days of rock and roll, and the choice to return the bolt-on platform to PRS' main lineup.

The item that has arrived this time is CE24, which was produced in 2017. The color is frost green metallic. The neck is pattern thin.

The heel cut at the joint allows you to run your fingers up to the 24th fret without stress, allowing for smoother fingering.

Equipped with pickups 85 15 TREBLE and BASS developed for the PRS 30th anniversary model (2015 is the 30th anniversary). With the coil tap, you can use it as a single, and you can manipulate all kinds of tones, from warm overdrive to crisp distortion, to piezo-like ringing cleans, to the compressed halftone crunch of a Strat. Masu.

The CE model has a beautiful curved top and body balance, and is equipped with hardware that is comparable to higher grades, and has playability, sound, and beautiful looks that are comparable to models such as Custom24.

This is one that I can recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a guitar that can be used all around.

Many people feel that the CE is a cheaper version compared to the Custom 24 and 22, but that is not the case at all, and the sound and feeling when playing are almost the same. In fact, I get the impression that quite a lot of people prefer the CE, probably because it uses a maple neck and bolt-on. Me too. And the latest model 85 15 pickup, which has been in use for about 9 years, has the modern distortion typical of PRS and is clean and well-balanced.
It is also equipped with a coil tap, so you can produce a single-like sound in an emergency, and it looks stylish with its unusual glittery metallic coloring. Wouldn't it be pretty cool if you use this and get more scratch marks like a relic? Perfect!
