About Than Merrill & Fortune Builders:

Than shot many seasons with the show as it was the first reality real estate show of it’s kind and it has since helped spawn many other real estate reality shows.

One of his favorite investing methods, Wholesaling is a key strategy to his investment success and the Wholesaling Bible was a passion project for Than, allowing him to share his knowledge and love of marketing and investing in real estate.

Today, Than’s investment business, CT Homes, continues to thrive in Southern California where he as many as 20-40 active real estate projects going on at any given time. Than currently invests in both residential and commercial properties.
