This is a My Michelle girl's cap-sleeved dress, with 4.5" ruffle at bottom of dress.  Bodice has sparkly sets, front and back.  Classic neck, with a large, circle pin on side.  Tie in back, at waist.  Color is dark navy.  Body is 100% polyester.  Contrast is 90% Polyester/10% Spandex. Feels velvety.  Across chest, laying flat, from armhole to armhole is 12".  From shoulder seam to hem is 31" long in front and 34" in back.  Sleeves are 3" long. Hand wash-cold/line dry. Very good condition.
