The majority of apparel items we sell are on-trend fashion, retro/ vintage, and mid-tier boutique. All still in good functional & aesthetic condition.. meaning no defects of excessive or uneven wear, unwanted holes, rips, and tears, or egregious stains, gross odors, etc. That even includes minute cosmetic blemishes, obvious intentional distressing, age-worn patina, repairs, etc.

As long as we’re aware of ANY of these, we’ll point it out. We do our best to disclose in our photos and/ or written description those things that will help you make a wise, informed decision.

Regarding the footwear we sell, it’s cleaned & detailed (if necessary), sanitized, bagged, then placed in an organized storage system separate from our clothing. Sealed containers protect all of our inventory prior to shipping.

We will admit, sometimes we do employ stock images for styling ideas & additional details. But the physical item described for sale is the exact one you’ll receive.

Packing & shipping our orders is done daily. Packages are scanned by our regular Carrier, or at the Post Office (for immediate, accurate tracking).

We’ve also adopted eBay’s gold-standard business policy, offering 60-day, free returns (we’ll pay to ship it back).

We value each of our items based on the current, up-to-date market & individual condition, and are priced accordingly. We run markdown campaigns. It’s the exception when we don’t send individualized offers to interested buyers like yourself. As a general rule, we welcome your respectful negotiation. The cat’s outta the bag, i.e. the modern clothing industry’s marketing tricks.. It has for some time now misled and confused us all with its “optimistic” tag sizing. But then, vintage clothing (one of our specialties) can be tricky to fit as well, Those old sizes no longer match today’s tag numbers. It’s safe to say that folks have simply gotten bigger over the decades. Which makes clothes shopping such a challenge!

And so, proper fit of any garment should rely on a person’s actual, physical measurements. Here’s an idea:

1.) Find a similar item that you have access to and can wear comfortably.

2.) Smooth it out flat, but not stretched.

3.) Using a carpenter’s tape measure, yardstick, or tailor’s sewing tape, compare your measurements to ours. Use industry-standard measuring points. These are shown in the garment diagrams most of our listings contain.
