Washington State license plate with Mount Rainier

Check the pictures - This is in ok condition, it may have discoloration, surface flaking, damage, dents, dings, scrapes, cuts, paint flaking, cracking, paint spray, rust corrosion and also may have extra holes or enlarged holes. I'm listing a lot of plates, some plates are in good condition but for the most part I want to describe them in this way.
