Old Antique Art Deco Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Floral Repousse Bangle Bracelet. The item is stamped on the inner side as shown. It was also professionally tested to confirm it's sterling. On my scale it weighs 12 grams give or take. When completely open wide the inner circumference is about 8.5" - 8.75" x about 8mm wide. There is a cut as shown. Or else the item is in good condition.
