This Lionel Johnny Cash commemorative box car is brand new and was only ever opened to take the photographs you see in this listing. It comes from the temperature controlled storage unit of a hobby store that closed down in the early 90s. The box is in nice condition with bright colors and no major damage. There is some shelf wear and some residue from where the 40 plus year old price tag fell off of it. Shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage and the car will be shipped in a new and sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap as necessary to keep it from banging around.
