The Cooper T39 was recorded racing since 1955 as a prototype concept and estimated only 39 in production with about a dozen in existence today (due to crashes like this).  This car was also known as the Bobtail and went on to win many SCCA and formula 1 races in its bracket. 

There are a few SCCA races recorded with accidents, one resulted in a fatal death, but this vehicle doesn't display a race number.
