Condition Overview for THE Train Collection:

C10 - These trains are in mint condition and have never been used. They feature all original parts and have absolutely no wear and tear.

C9 - These trains are considered to be in factory-new condition. This means that they have been tested in the factory and may show some signs of scratching and rubbing but have not been used by private consumers.

C8 - These trains are in like-new condition. They feature all original parts and need no repairs before they can be used.

C7 - These trains are in excellent condition with very light scratching and dents. They require no repair and no replacement parts before they can be used.

C6 - These trains are in very good condition. They may have minor surface damage and may need some small replacement parts before they can be used.

C5 - These trains have been used heavily but are in good condition. They may have some scratching and dents.

C4 - These trains are in fair condition. They generally feature paint deterioration and rust. They show evidence of serious wear and tear.

C3 - These trains are in poor condition and generally feature extensive wear and tear. They must be repaired before they can be displayed.

C2 - These trains require restoration in order to be returned to working order.

C1 - These trains are generally considered junk or salvage items that can only be used for their parts.

Postage from the West Coast to East Coast will be slightly higher and may take up to 10 days to arrive. I upgrade to Priority mail whenever possible.

A note about shipping

I generally ship within one day of receiving payment.   Each item is weighed & includes the weight of the shipping materials. The final shipping fee is automatically calculated within the Ebay programming based on your zip code and the weight of the item. Please note that I have no control over the shipping cost and I will ship using the most economical method via USPS. It can take up to 10 days for the USPS to deliver your item Parcel Post from the West Coast to the East Coast. I will be happy to combine shipping if you win more than one item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Prior to bidding or buying, it is advisable to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering carrier, or when you pick the item up ~ do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
