Shipping

Discount Tools has the following delivery expectation:

We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3 working days for goods able to be placed in standard courier bags anywhere on mainland New Zealand
7 working days for goods requiring road freighting. Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area.
All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. We primarily use either Courier Post  or Aramex as a courier preference; however, we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion

Some of our items may ship directly from the manufacturer and will attract a 10 Business Day delivery period.

Australia & International Customers orders will be dispatched within 48 Hours of order and will be shipped by NZ Post. 

Taxes & Customs Fees 

Buyer is responsible for any taxes or import duties in there country 

Domestic Freight Times

New Zealand 2-3 Business days 

Australia 10-21 Business days ( depends on the back log at Australian Customs

Other international orders 21-28 Business days

Return

Returns 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a change of mind & wish to return your item it may incur a (10% or $50) admin restocking fee this fee covers the initial freight to you & any time preparing & receiving your order. Please note diagnostic scanners that have been registered to the manufacturer can not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
