This is a Vintage Cingolani Accordion Made in Italy, model number 39498 No. 9998. I don't play the accordion but it does sound good with everything i tried on it. As seen in the third picture there is a spot were it has split where it look's like it mend's to the other half. There is also a button missing on the side for the metal strap. You can see in the picture's the case is not in good condition. I will do local pick up due to the size.
