All Custom Kydex sheaths are handmade to complete imperfection by me a US Army Vet. I spend the time on making sure every sheath i make fits my knife the way I want it to. I don?t spend 1 second on making it click and i don?t spend 1 second on taking the click out, either. I spend a lot of time making sure my knife goes in and out of the sheath smoothly, whatever that takes.

I say my knife which does NOT necessarily mean your knife will.

I do this to buy fishing gear because I suck at fishing and lose a ton of gear.
