Really a great old light that needs some minor restoration and care.   Maybe functional I did not test it.  Missing a mirror on the underside that should be a pretty easy repair.  seems structurally sound and is heavy for size.  this is a commercial grade piece that was meant for some sort of public building presumably.  Chrome like finish with lots of detailing. thank you for looking.
