Shipping is as follows:  Canada $4.00 for the first 1-5 items, $2.00 for each additional 1-5 items.  US $12.00 for the first 1-5 items, $6.00 for each additional 1-5 items.  International $13.00 for the first 1-5 items, $6.50 for each additional 1-5 items.  If you end up being overcharged, I do issue refunds.
