This is a vintage money box, made of porcelain no bung. 

It is clearly hand-painted and quite naïve at that. I can't read the stamp below. 

Size 20cm tall x 12 cm wide x 10 cm deep.

No chips or cracks, but some small discoloration of the hand, buckles.

I believe it to be a Disney  Mickey Mouse, but haven't seen any other like this one around.
