The base diameter is circa 12cm and the centre dia is about 15cm and it's 24 cm. It has a lovely strainer built into the poring spout, all in all once polished it will be good as new. Probably used ofr Wine, Coffee or Tea as it has a  built in strainer inside. 
The Base is marked  G.M , R.Broadhead. 541. G.M standing for hallmarkings of English Silver.
