About the Book

A collection of 36 fables from all over Africa. These moral tales are mostly populated by animals taking the place of humans. Some are of Muslim origin and have a religious lesson. The book is illustrated by Jeroo Roy, an Indian artist.

Condition

A good copy. The book itself is in very good condition with a neat previous owner's name to the ffep. The dustwrapper is sun-faded to the spine and a little rubbed but otherwise sound.
