All wood and unlined kilt. A beautiful tartan pattern I have been unable to match to a certain clan. Unlike a standard kilt this simply wraps around and uses two hooks to close. There are no leather straps as you would find in a man's kilt.  The hooks can be moved to adjust to your size.  The original placement is set for an 8" overlap at the waist.
The label says 11/12 but please check that you see the waist measure 28" and there is approximately a 36" hip.
I am listing this as a Medium due to the fact that this fits me, so I must dispute the 11/12 label.
