Twinkling is made possible by adding a second disc, the effect plate, under a special star disc. Next you turn on the diurnal motion (rotation) function. After starting the projection your eyes and mind will relax and focus. After a short time, you will see the realistic twinkling effect as if you are watching the stars in the universe from planet earth. This effect gives the projection more depth (3D).
