This is a 2021 10 pound 2 ounce silver coin of Ascension Island showing the goddess Minerva on the obverse and Queen Elizabeth II on the reverse.  Very attractive and unusual.  The coin is graded by NGC as Proof 69 Ultra Cameo.  In over-sized holder.
