Sigma 135-400mm F4.5-5.6 APO for canon EF mount

Lens has fungus, it has an adapter fitted for Canon EF mount, originally it may have been for Sigma fit. Zoom is and focus have gritty feel. when used to take pictures, it only takes top half of the picture. Manual controls only due to Canon mount fitted. No front/rear caps
