I bought this maybe late 90s, or very, very early '00s can't be exactly sure. But it's brand new in mint condition. The packaging is opened, but there is no damage to the edges of the paper at all, shown clearly in the final picture.

The design, as you can see, is of UK 20 & 5 pound notes, the old paper ones at that.
