Please note that all items are packed with care and attention. Thus I have few problems with damaged items.

However due to the insistence of postage companies I have had to add this.

 Any damage that happens in transportation will require me to make a claim. 

This requires a photo of delivered label, packing, boxes and damage to item and you will be required to provide this before I can provide any solution to this. 

I am sorry about this but I have had claims turned down through no fault of my own.

This is a condition of purchase that you can provide these to me if damage occurs,
