Vintage pieces often have these muted tones, and quality vintage pieces often have a nicely enameled inner rim, in this case a thick translucent peacock blue.

This bracelet came from the estate of a woman who only had quality stuff. Some precious and some not, but always one of the best examples of its type and construction.
