“So, maybe we’re guilty of working too hard at this, but at least you can’t call us lazy”.

Welcome to our Top Rated Plus eBay store. We’re a small, family-run operation, started in the mid-2000’s. Our business philosophy is simple: underpromise, and then overdeliver. We’ve achieved the highest level an eBayer can reach, a direct result of our work ethic and attention to detail. Great feedback (and returning customers) have been our reward.

Preowned clothing & footwear is our specialty. We also do vintage jewelry, paper & recorded media, and other collectibles.

We search out retro/ vintage, and mid-tier boutique items that are aesthetically functional and on-trend.

We do full disclosure in our Photos, Item Specifics, and Item Description sections of any age-worn patina, excessive or uneven wear, undesired holes/ rips/ tears, stains, odors, repairs & alterations… even tiny cosmetic blemishes.

Conversely, intentional, desirable factory distressing is emphasized in our listing as well.

So, as long as we’re aware of ANY “issues” - the good, the bad, and the ugly - it’s duly noted. We’ll do our best to help you make a wise & informed decision.

Regarding the footwear we sell, it’s usually cleaned & detailed (if necessary), sanitized, then bagged and placed in an organized storage system separate from our clothing. Sealed containers protect all of our inventory prior to shipping.

We sometimes employ stock photos for styling ideas & additional details, but the physical item described for sale is the exact one you’ll receive.

Packing & shipping our orders is performed daily. Packages are then hand-delivered and scanned at the Post Office for immediate, accurate tracking.

For your peace of mind, we operate in a smoke & animal-free environment.

We asses the current value of our items via the most up-to-date market reporting, based on desirability. Just a few of the factors considered are: condition, size, color, model, etc. The item is then market-priced appropriately.

We run generous markdown and promotional campaigns. It’s also the rare exception when we don’t send individualized offers to interested buyers like yourself as quickly as possible… all throughout the day & most of the night.

As a general rule, we welcome your respectful negotiation, and honorable intentions. And we’ll enthusiastically combine shipping when you bundle multiple items (which secures you an even greater discount).

On most items, we’ve adopted eBay’s “gold-standard” business policy: we allow 60-day, free returns (we’ll pay the cost to ship it back). But in good conscience, we’re not a rental agency.

That said, let’s breach a touchy subject: sniping & super-lowball offers. We’re not a garage sale, or a charity. But.. we’re always making great deals. This store is our passion. It’s how we feed our family.. it’s how we pay the rent. We’re decent business folk. Bottom line, if you’re decent with us, we’ll do right by you.

Awesome Customer Service is one of our highest priorities. We desire your satisfaction, positive feedback, and repeat business. You can count on us. 😇

Measurements:

The modern clothing industry’s slick marketing can be confusing, particularly their “vanity-sizing”. But vintage clothing can be tricky to fit as well. A lot of modern sizing may be intentionally misleading, but vintage tags don’t necessarily correspond with today’s numbers. It’s a reason why clothes shopping - especially online - can be challenge (to say the least).

You may have 100% confidence in “your” brand & their approach to sizing. But proper fit of any garment is ultimately determined by actual, physical measurements.

So here’s what to do:

1.) Find an item similar to this one - that you have access to, and can wear comfortably.

2.) Smooth it out flat, but not stretched.

3.) Using a carpenter’s tape measure, a yardstick, or tailor’s sewing tape, compare the measurements you obtain to ours. We suggest using industry-standard measuring points as your guide. We actually pay to use the garment diagrams you see in most of our listings.

By following this advice, and not gambling, unnecessary & inconvenient returns shouldn’t be necessary. You don’t need to heed our advice, but might be reassured if you do.
